Removed an angled, single pane solid unit picture window:
and replaced with 5 separate windows in walk out bow window (casement windows and picture windows), providing energy efficiency as well as the added comfort of being able to open windows in the main living area of the home, in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan.

ROOFING: Completely tore off existing roof and installed a new roof system with GAF/Elk Timberline dimensional shingles in weathered wood color, GAF Deck Armor and DCI Smart Vent.
ATTIC INSULATION: Blew in cellulose insulation to entire attic while roof installation was going on. Insulation installers removed a piece of the roof deck and went into the attic without entering the home.
WINDOWS: Installed 21 windows (including double hung windows and slider windows) and 3 patio doors in white.

SIDING: Installed Odyssey Plus vinyl siding and Alliance vented soffit with trim accents in colonial ivory color.
GUTTERS and GUTTER PROTECTION: Installed seamless gutters in colonial ivory with Leaf Relief gutter protection.

Installed 34 windows (including slider windows, casement windows and picture windows) and 3 patio doors in dark oak interior/woodgrain exterior and a front entry door with two sidelites in Canton, Michigan.

In the following set of before and after pictures, you can see that we combined windows horizontally, thereby eliminating the vertical dividing mull and maximizing the view.

Installed 20 windows (including double hung windows, slider windows, a patio door and a half-round picture window) in Novi, Michigan.

The following pictures are an example of removing two double hung windows and replacing them with a larger, end-venting slider window, providing a nicer, more unobstructed view.

Installed a bay window and a 4 lite bow window in Plymouth, Michigan.
